As a typical liberal leaning (govt wise) state, I'm surprised it's only 8.5b. uea has been so mismanaged for so many years, yes even under rino Snyder. Gretch made admin made it worse, didn't think that could happen but it did.
Never had to use it but just like many here, know those that had to.
Alot of folks have gotten screwed.
