Either 2 or 3 years ago I saw a SS Classic action 300RUM w/factory carbon-wrapped bbl. Bbl had all the normal Winchester writing. I couldn't recall that ever being an option, but, it must've been as all the printing in the CF was exactly as you'd expect it to be on any factory Winchester bbl. This was a New Haven rifle. In hindsight, I wish I'd bought several M70 300RUM's along the way but being eyeballs deep in 300Win stuff has always stemmed the impulse at the time.
