In my experience with N201, N203, URP and MRP I cannot say they are completely unresponsive to changes in ambient temperatures, as I have noticed minor changes in speed when testing them in the 30-80 F range mostly, but never to the point of driving changes in the point of impact.

There has always been the thought around that MRP and Re22 where the same powder but for me Re22 was pretty much temperature sensitive while MRP wasn't. A good frien who has used N204 a lot made me exactly the same comment against Re19.
