Can the CCI 400 be used in standard pressure 223 loads? A buddy ran onto a bunch of primers and bought me a couple bricks. But I just found out they’re 400s. I don’t have anything smaller than a 223 and don’t plan to buy a Hornet. Are they okay if I don’t try to hotrod it?
