Remsen Campfire Tracker R Joined: Feb 2010 Posts: 3,274 406 and 972	I was in CA a week or so ago and wanted to take my nephew to the range. He is 19 but CA law requires you to be 21 to buy handgun ammo, so I went to buy some 9 mm. Since I am not a CA resident, I wasn't allowed to buy ammo. The problem with CA isn't the availability of guns and ammo, it's that they focus on regulating law abiding people and having a hands-off approach to criminals. Eliminate qualified immunity and you'll eliminate cops who act like they are above the law.
