I was passing near there last week and Dinny allowed me to stop by to see the property. There was a resident whitetail doe bedded and taking in the scenery when I arrived. With the leaves still off here in Kentucky it had really nice views of the water. I expect the fishing would be really good. The boundaries were all clearly marked as well.
