I was actually able to push a .509"/600-gr brass Barnes Banded Solid through the .506" sizer
by putting most of my weight on the press handle of the RCBS Rock Chucker.
Then I tried the .503" sizer and the bullet got stuck about halfway through, despite all of my weight on the lever.
I also noted that the aluminum sizer housing (female receptacle part) seemed to have become
"impact welded" to the aluminum thread adapter in the top of the press,
but the male part of the aluminum sizer housing could still be screwed out and allowed switching back to .506",
first step of the sizing.
So I tapped out the stuck bullet with a punch and took it out to the garage where the cheap little one-ton arbor press from Harbor Freight sits.

There is little that cannot be fixed with duct tape, especially Gorilla Tape.
The rotating foot plate on the press was locked in place with Gorilla Tape.
The sizer assembly was placed upside down on it, positioned so the bullet was free to fall into the
homemade bullet catcher between the feet of the arbor press base.
Location was marked with a black Sharpie.
Never fear, one ton per square inch of pressure seems to keep the aluminum in place on the steel foot plate.
Amazingly, the assemby is strong enough to size 100 brass BBS bullets from .509" to .505" in two steps.
No worse for the wear.
