I was drafted in 1959, went in the Army in 1960 Feb 14th Valentines Day, each County had a Quota, i was from a big county, with a small population, there were a lot of people drafted that were handicapped, our could not read or write, most of them got weeded out in basic training, long story, i got out on Oct. of 1963, and discharged in May of 1964, it was not a fun time to be in the military.
