Wish we had piggies where I live but it will never happen. Going to have to try going for them someday.

I don't think they'd fare very well in the county I'm in. There's almost no agrictural land, little in the way of feed but there's lots of springs and water timber and brush.
They will do better than you think. They don't need crops, could survive on meat alone eating any ground bearing critters and damaging turkey nests.
The last time that bear ate a lawyer he had the runs for 33 days!
