I have planted several hundred on my place using tubes and bamboo sticks from these guys. When I bought them several years ago they had the best prices. Sadly the 250 ponderosa pines I planted pretty much all died off but all of the nanking cherry, nannyberry, aspen and currant bushes have made it. I bought the 5x 30 but the deer will eat everything that comes out the sides or the top. Once they get a couple years old the bucks will beat anything without a basket to death.

I needed to add 5 foot high baskets of 2x4 steel fabric to keep the deer off them. Or I placed a four strand electric fence around them. I now have deer and turkey in my yard everyday.
