Can't be true in Phithy.
Unless things have changed, they have their own gun laws down there.
Much stricter, my carry permit isn't even valid there.
Just like Chicago is one of the safest cities due to their gun laws.
I believe that law was changed several years ago. I googled it and everything stated that if you have a concealed carry permit it is good in the entire state. But you are correct that it was at one time like that. Of course schools, court houses, federal buildings and maybe some others are off limits to CC.
