Chattanooga TN had a mass shooting last night, 3 dead, 14 wounded. What did this have in common with Philadelphia............Negroes doing the shooting, and a Negro woman police chief. It's simple, Negroes aren't going to police one another. They stick together, and don't see anything wrong with Black on Black crime, or Black on White.
