Yeah, it is 8 pounds 3 oz's scoped, as you see in the picture. The scope weighs 14.8 OZ's and the mounts and rings another 5 oz's I'm assuming.

I'm pretty happy with it. It is very similar to my 338wm. Almost like 2 peas in a pod now. At one time I thought about buying an Echol's legend. We talked about that a bit. But I also told myself that if a PoundR came my way I'd snag it. Luckily I saw this one when it came up. One of these days, you'll have to give one a try..
