Hell, the Brass Goat jumps off after a few rounds. That cartridge is the acid test for items attached to your rifle. I imagine the other hard recoilers do the same.

The only one that stays put is the one that slips onto an attachment to the rail, but mounts can get in the way of that. I believe it's a Caldwell, too.

But on my 5.56s and 6.8s, the velcro strap caldwell works fine.
