It's sad that so many are brainwashed to believe it. I have a really brainy buddy who is 300 pounds. Can't walk 50 yards without doubling over out of breath. Instead of eating a diet of foods that can be maintained for the rest of his life, he goes on the FAD, ANTI-CARB DIET once in a while.

He thinks that bread and carbs make you fat. His solution is to buy 12 McDonalds Cheese burgers at a time, throw away the bun and wrap the greasy, fat-laden meat and cheese with a low carb tortilla.
