I think abortion should be legal. But, Roe was bad law. Nowhere in the Constitution is there a provision for abortion. Even Commie Ruth Bader Ginsberg thought that Roe was bad law.
So I am glad we have conservative court that struck down this law.
The Dems have only themselves to blame. They controlled the House and Senate for decades after Roe was passed, yet they never made a move to pass laws making abortion legal. They were content to rely on a [faulty] Supreme Court decision.
