I'm only 6'2 now but used to be 6'3.5" before ankylosing spondylitis took my spine. My sleeve length is still 36-37 so your 6'4" comment is probably pretty spot on. They have a long length of pull for an average gut but I love the way they feel. If you're vertically challenged or have short arms definitely handle one before you buy one. I'm guessing lop is at least 14" maybe 14.25".
