I don't know - I think we're past having politicians with ideas (sans Trump/DeSantis) and basically just figureheads.
Mike runs for the Dems - what does he bring to the table that convinces the middle that they don't end up with 4 more years of the Obama admin - we're in the middle of 4 years of it now. All it would be is an extension of biden and biden by any other name is still inflation, border issues, recession etc - things people care about. Just be a different wrapper.
Keep creatint boogey men and putting them on pedestals and they look down on you forever. Mike's not invincible. Mike only secures the base - they already have, no one new because the ideas are the same as what we have.
People aren't burnt out because of who Biden is but what he represents. Mike just represents the same.
