Big deal. In 2015 the Cleveland cops fired 137 shots at a black guy from several feet away. They had chased him across the city at over 100 mph when he backed into an alley and tried to ram the cops with his car. One jumped on the hood and fired at least 60 shots through the windshield. Killed the driver and a passenger. Cops were exonerated. Good shoot.
