Sad to say that NOLA, The Big Easy, Fat City has deteriorated much further since his bout of paying penance in the pokey.
Can remember Ray Ray Nagin re-election billboards along I-10 near Beaumont, TX. Lot of Louisiana traffic on that stretch of road. His "Chocolate City" speech was hilarious.
