I bought seconds 2 years ago, from the pawn shop in Grand Island that carries all of Hornadys seconds. A 115gr 25 cal SST went in the brisket and out the arse of an antelope at 300+ yards. I would say penetration was NOT an issue. Expansion appeared fine as the exit would was fist sized.
