I don't understand, New York already had a concealed carry application process, why are they inventing a new one?
Because the Supreme Court ruled their process of may issue unconstitutional.
So in true Leftist behavior they made a new one that is even more unconstitutional and subjective.
It going to be interesting to see how it all plays out.
