I had a 12.5 drop shipped to my address, it blew up in 12 hours. I called Generac and they told me they would fix it. I went to their web page to find the nearest factory repairman. He was 200 mile’s away. He came down and picked it up. I never heard from him again. Local sheriff went to the shop, cleaned out and gone when I called the company they told me that was my problem.
