Good Lord. I imagine the splash effect at close range m ay be substantial. Wonder how it may inhibit penetration?
The Shock Hammer is a solid copper bullet that blows off the front petals. The shank and petals penetrate together. The petals penetrate nearly as far as the shank.
In my opinion penetration will be more than adequate
