Tastes differ, but Art's last statement I will second. It is hard to beat a nice fat August caribou ( well taken care of per Art) , but we rank Dall sheep and goat both above it. Black bear for us goes well down the list behind , in no particular order, pronghorn, elk, moose. Puma ain't bad either.
