For sure not likely to see terrain like that in FL, irfubar. Absolutely nothing like that here. Kinda makes me want to do a circular road trip out west some time soon, like you're doing.
Travis may be missing some wide open country. But, probably not the winter weather. "Winter" here is low 80's, pretty much. Plus, except for all the rain, this summer has been pretty mild. Far off the normal heat and humidity index.
