I bought some federal blue box 45 grain hollow point loads and used them for sighting in my 1/7 twisted AR-15.
They hit the 100 yard target sideways and threw pieces of themselves all over the place.
I know there is no such thing as "over stabilized" but maybe they had a flaw or were too fragile for the twist?
I don't see any issues with the barrel or rifling or crown.
Anyone else ever had this issue with this product?
I am going to go back to the range soon and try different ammo just to make sure it's not the gun.
