I recently picked up a used 7mm magnum, a really nice clean older Remington model 700 and I'd like to just work up a quick no fuss load using 139-140 grain ballistic tip type bullet. So can anyone recommend a good powder to begin with?
I was thinking ramshot Magnum, but I'm open if someone has a favorite.

Haven’t used Magnum with the 140’s, but 4350’s, 22, 23, 25, 26, 7828, RL17 and 19, Magpro, etc have all worked well with 140-160’s in a few 7 Rem Mags.
