Man, I'm really considering one of the 6.5-20x50's for a 17 HMR. Does anyone know if these are the ones where the entire ocular bell rotates when you change the zoom power, which makes it awkward when using a flip-up lens cover? I have an older 4.5-14 Fullfield II on another rifle and that "feature" really annoys me.
