EVERY agent in involved with the materials that were removed had better have the same clearance as the documents and have been granted access. IOW, if there’s TS/SCI papers involved, every agent that had their hands on the boxes must have a TS/SCI clearance and have been given “access” to that level of classification. I doubt that is the case.
