We have been making squash casseroles to freeze, got about 40 in there already. We put up tomatoes earlier in the summer, made jalapeños poppers for freezer too.

I like jalapeños poppers but can’t eat to many or the cause a revolution!!!! Ass on fire kind of revolution

Wife is interested in your squash casserole recipe for next year. We sliced, blanched and froze all of ours this year.
