Wasn't there a project going on in Texas, a circular underground tunnel that was going to prove all the theories of how the planet was created?
Cheap-ass tax payers whining about high taxes, blah blah pork barrel projects.
We'd know all of these things had we given the government free rein of our money but NO bunch of tightwads can't do that.
