Correct on the bumper/grill for 71-72, and the doors appear to be 72.
Nice truck! I've always been partial to those years. Learned to drive in a 72 Suburban. Recently sold a 71 Blazer and have had two K10 SWB's with 4 speed manuals (still have one).
