I've only had a couple in my life. I'm not advising anybody,....but I've always just held a warm wet cloth on them, and afterwards given them a mighty squeeze,...them applied hydrogen peroxide with a Q-tip to the affected area.

My understanding of them is, they're the result of an irritating crumb of something that has gotten under your eyelid, worked it's way into the soft tissue under it, and stirred up a minor infection.

Or possibly, something that's irritated the hair follicle on one of your eyelashes. It might help to take a pair of tweezers and pluck out the eyelash closest to it before you do the Dr Pimple Popper routine on it.

But I ain't no Doctor. So everything I advise might be totally off base.
