Never understood the safety course bits.
The "mass shootings" aren't happening because someone "accidentally" sets up a belt fed in the cafe. There's nothing happening because the shooter was "unsafe and didn't know how to use it" - it happens because they're psychos. Teaching them to become more proficient with it - seems to be counterintuitive.
