I've used Tirerack.com. a couple of times not the cheapest option, but I got what I wanted.
I've only used them once earlier this year for a tire/wheel combo and everything went great. They actually ended up cheaper from what I could find local especially on the wheels. I'd use them again if they had what I was looking for.
