About 8 million Chinese men reach military age this year. China recently released new demographic information missing 100 million people.....all of which were young people.
Like everything, it just depends on who one chooses to believe. The people who are pushing for America to go to war tells the American people that Russia is losing and China is soft.
The safe bet is to consider everything that comes from the American mainstream media a lie.
It might tell the truth once in a while. But it's not often enough to bother with.
