A lesson I learned from hunting with my daughter as well. I grew up in a family that didn't hunt. So when I started I made the mistake of reading too much about stuff, and always chased the latest and greatest. My daughter has pretty much stuck to one cartridge and shot it very well, and has killed a pile of whitetail as well as elk, mule deer, pronghorn and various varmints with her .308 Win.

I hope our daughters get to hunt together again in the future. Tell yours I'm proud of her as well!
