If they had depridation wolf tags, what the heck did they care if they had collars?
That doesn't make sense.
Like many other things about the show.
I didn't like either episode. Killing the show, but I digress.
I read it to mean that they were supposed to get the tags but they didn't.
Or the Canadian border scene... just stupid, nonsensical.
