For a bench stand that clamps on the side, check out Sinclair. Sort of a high tech version of Huntsman's setup. I added a stop collar to mine, to allow the scope to pivot without sliding down the post. Also made up some extension rods for offhand.

Want to make damned sure the clamp is tight. A fallen scope is a disaster.
