"The River Walk" is equivalent to "The French Quarter".
The last place you want to be in either city. I believe that. Pat's a friend but way off on the above. My wife and I love the River Walk. And it's way, way, cleaner than the French Quarter. Yep. The French Quarter and 90% of New Orleans is a real Schitthole. The River Walk in San Antonio is 90 % tourists. And 100% cleaner.
