Supposed to be Wyoming, but filmed in New Mexico.
It's a really good series though.

Yep - much filming was in our little town.
Walt's office was staged over on the Old Town Plaza, lots of film was shot in Santa Fe, Espanola, and the Valles Grande.
We watched it as it was coming out on TV the original time.
