This is the viewpoint of someone who lives in or near a densely populated area or state. If you had to fix something, today, or even tomorrow, and the nearest town where you could obtain it was a hundred or two hundred miles away...you would have a different view. Out here, the prudent man never throws anything away...a fitting, a bolt, a piece of steel, a piece of pipe, a piece of wire, a tool...
