People rave about nilgai meat, but I prefer oryx by a pretty wide margin, if that matters at all. Sounds like fun.
Yep. Oryx is one of the best meats in taste and texture IMO.
If you want a challenge go for Nilgai, although in my one example Simitar Oryx is not a push over. If you want good eating then go for the Simitar Oryx.
