Pecile is well-known in the equine community as a champion competitor and a trainer, and is part of the family which operates Wishing Stone Farms, north of Port Hope, near the town of Bailieboro.
If she is so well known in the equine community then people surely knew of her unorthodox training practices. I wonder why it took an online video to bring her to the attention of the authorities? Sounds like this b entire equine community of hers needs to be investigated. Whoooo would allow this type of behavior if they truly loved the sport and animals.
I know of a couple people that train dogs and you can bet that if I saw them intentionally causing malicious harm to a dog I would not remain silent about it!
