Some corksucker on the jury will vote "no" on the death penalty! If they didn't give that POS Parkland shooter the death penalty for killing 17 kids, I doubt there will ever be another death penalty. Ditto for the Boston Bomber!
First thing the dude's lawyers are going to do is to try to get the trial out of Wise County and into a more liberal area. Austin comes to mind.
