Can't say what's involved for the Practical, but for the Mashburn a case needs formed in the dies and then fire formed. After that the necks have to be inside reamed to remove the donuts, which is a one time process. It's a great cartridge but unless you're already invested in the dies, etc I'd likely not go that route. I'd go with the old Remington 7mm mag in a 8 twist barrel or the 7 PRC. The Practical uses the same 300 Win mag case, just necked down as you would a 300PRC necked down to 7mm. Both of those may need inside neck reaming as well, I can't answer that.
