We used to cube and can venison after pressure cooking it - all good.
You don't can venison after you pressure cook it. You can it in the jar via a pressure canner.
Sorry if I misunderstood your original post but it says you were thinking about buying one and I was trying to explain they're a silly product. But if you already bought one just use it like a pressure cooker and a crock.
