Interesting read, thanks for posting. I know Mexican's love their chicken fighting as much as groids love their dog fighting and rednecks love MMA. When I lived in California throughout the 90's I knew several Mexicans that said they participated in chicken fights on a weekly basis. Said there could be good money at stake!
