The 95 BT is a hands down proven taker of deer and larger game, designed and tested to do just that - by Gail Root of Nosler.
On Varmints, I have enjoyed 70gr TNTs, a few 80s in RP PSP and WW SP, and the 85 Sierra BTHP which I have witnessed hammering deer.
The 85 Barnes is a hammer on deer/hogs.......but if I had to pick two bullets, I would use the 95 BT on game and likely the 87 vmax on varmints assuming my rifle shot them well.
